All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or other integrated payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added to your total.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
We ship worldwide.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns and Exchanges:
All sales are final and no returns are accepted.
In certain cases and subject to our approvals, we will accept Returns in exchange for Store Credits. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all tags and certificates.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of The Virall and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability:
The Virall shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

E-GIFT CARDS
How can I check the balance of my e-gift card?
If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then the customer can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, contact hello@chanluu.com and we will send you your remaining balance.
DISCOUNTS
Can I use multiple vouchers/discounts?
No. Voucher codes may not be combined with any other voucher or discount codes. Limit one promotional code per order. Rewards points are non transferable.
SHIPPING
Do you ship to PO boxes?
At this time, we do not accept PO Boxes for delivery. Do you offer international shipping?Yes! We can ship internationally to most countries. All international orders will be shipped through FedEx International. We offer free international shipping on orders over $250. Please be advised that international customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applicable to their respective regions. If international packages are refused by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
